Pet Palace Adoption Event

A big thank you to Tausha and Cheri at the Pet Palace in Aurora, CO for hosting a great adoption event for the Colorado Animal Welfare League. Our great volunteers: Amy, Kevin, Thompson and Kyle made the event a huge success!

Our little terrier mix TJ found a great home with two super sweet children and their father. Good luck TJ in your new home! We also received some great applications for Marty ( a very handsome and well behaved Lab mix) and introduced our newest rescue Sara (a gorgeous purebred German Shorthaired Pointer) to the world!

If you love animals we are always looking for volunteers to work our events. Our next adoption event is scheduled for March 12th at the PetSmart in Castle Rock. If you have a few hours to spare, contact our volunteer coordinator and let us know how you would like to help! It’s lots of fun AND it feels great finding these sweet animals great new homes!
